Shaped glasses

Glasses are made by the method of bending and hardening by chemical method.

Bending or curved glass manufacturing is a method of processing, that consists of giving a defined shape to a glass. Using bending, glass can be given any bending radius or even several bends. This process occurs under high temperature exposure – 600-650 degrees Celsius.

Shaped glass is used as protective hardened glasses for gas masks and protective glasses, that protect the eyes from wind, dust, splinters, particles and splashes nonaggressive liquids.

We manufacture shaped glass out of flat glass in accordance with customer’s documentation or sample.
